[DECK ON FLOAT] Installation Guideline

Greeting everyone,

In this post, we would like to share how to install the DECK ON FLOAT which is the advanced technology from NEXT FLOAT.

On the upper surfaces, there are 8 nut holes which allow to put on any deck materials such as wood, rubber, artificial grass deck with the screw bolts. This produce had been filed to Korea Patents due to its easy and quick assembly. Now, let us show how to use it!

Step 1) Install the steel frame guide on the connection pin (Red circle)

Step 2) Using the DECK ON FLOAT's nut holes, hold the joists (steel/wood) for the deck support.

Step 3) For the cross line between frames, please use the "+" type steel guide frams as picture shown.

 

Step 4) Add on any deck products on on the DECK ON FLOAT by using the joist guideline.

Step 5) For the surface, please use water membrance to avoid and protect the deck products.
